New Director Appointment
Golden Rim Resources Ltd ( Golden Rim ; ASX: GMR) today announced the appointment of Kathryn Davies as a non-executive director of the Board, effective as of 1 January 2017.
Ms Davies has a Bachelor of Business with a double major in Accounting and Business Law, is a Certified Practicing Accountant and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Ms Davies is an experienced executive across mining, oil and gas, industrial, healthcare and technology groups. She has significant experience in negotiating and delivering on multi jurisdiction transactions, international stakeholder management and capital markets. She also has extensive commercial and corporate governance experience and has worked with both developed and developing economies.
Ms Davies’ international experience includes the growth pathways of exploration, development and production, having previously been the Chief Financial Officer of dual listed Hardman Resources Ltd and Company Secretary of Mineral Deposits Ltd and Carnegie Minerals NL.
Most recently she has been the Company Secretary of Japara Healthcare Ltd and interim Chief Financial Officer of Planet Innovation Pty Ltd.
