Director Resignation
Golden Rim Resources Ltd ( Golden Rim or Company ; ASX: GMR) today announced that Mr Martin Pyle has agreed to resign from the board of Golden Rim following the repayment of the Company’s loan with Aurora Minerals Limited ( Aurora ), due to be repaid on 2 May 2015.
Mr Pyle is currently Aurora’s representative on the Board of Golden Rim.
