Director Resignation
Golden Rim Resources Ltd (ASX: GMR, Company or Golden Rim ) today announced that Mr Martin Pyle had resigned from the Board of Golden Rim.
Mr Pyle had previously advised that he would resign following the repayment of the Company’s loan with Aurora Minerals Limited ( Aurora ), which has now been repaid. Mr Pyle was Aurora’s representative on the Board of Golden Rim.
The Board of Golden Rim acknowledges the contribution of Aurora in supporting the Company’s activities in Burkina Faso.
