Appointment of Joint Company Secretary

Golden Rim Resources Ltd (ASX: GMR, Golden Rim ) today announced it has appointed Hayley Butcher as Joint Company Secretary. Gilbert Rodgers, the current Company Secretary, will continue in his company secretarial role, in a joint capacity. The appointment will be effective 1 April 2010.

Hayley has been Golden Rim’s Assistant Company Secretary for the past 12 months. Hayley has a strong focus on good corporate governance practices and is currently completing a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance.

Craig Mackay, Managing Director of Golden Rim, says the appointment signifies Golden Rim’s current growth. “It is important that we remain prepared for continued growth throughout the coming months” he said.

Hayley has also been appointed Public Relations Officer for Golden Rim.
