On April 14, 2016, the company published an ad-hoc announcement according
to which the penalties imposed by the French Competition Authority
("Autorité de la concurrence") on two French member companies of the A.S.
Création Group, namely SCE - Société de conception et d'édition SAS and MCF
Investissement SAS, had been reduced significantly by the court of appeal
("Cour d'appel") in Paris.

The French Competition Authority has now filed an appeal against the
verdict with the French supreme court ("Cour de cassation"). The verdict of
the court of appeal has consequently not become final yet. A.S. Création
will therefore post the earnings of EUR 2.9 million resulting from the
verdict of the court of appeal only once it has been confirmed by the
French supreme court. However, the supreme court is unlikely to hand down
its decision during the course of 2016.
