Correction of the release dated October 19, 2011

On October 18, 2011, Royce & Associates, LLC, New York, NY, USA, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on A.S. Création Tapeten AG, Gummersbach, Germany, have
fallen below the 3% threshold of Voting Rights on October 14, 2011 and on
that day amounted to 2.95% (this corresponds to 88,780 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.95% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 88,780 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
