according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
rights on A.S. Création Tapeten AG, Gummersbach/Germany (ISIN:
DE000507990), have fallen below the 5% limit of the voting rights on
December 4, 2008 and now amounts to 4.85% (this corresponds to 145,539
voting rights). Thereof, 4.85% of the voting rights (this corresponds to
