   Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on A.S.
   Création Tapeten AG have exceeded the 3% limit of the voting rights on June
   29, 2007 and amounted on this date to 3.017% (this corresponds to 90,522
   voting rights). All voting rights are being attributed to the company
   according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG.

2. Legg Mason, Inc., Baltimore, USA, has informed us according to Article
   21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on A.S.
   Création Tapeten AG have exceeded the 3% limit of the voting rights on June
   29, 2007 and amounted on this date to 3.017% (this corresponds to 90,522
   voting rights). All voting rights are being attributed to the company
   according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
   Article 22, Section 1, Sentences 2 and 3 of the WpHG through its controlled
   affiliate Royce & Associates, LLC, New York, USA. Royce & Associates, LLC,
   holds more than 3% of the voting rights.

3. Royce Micro-Cap Fund, New York, USA, has informed us according to
   Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on A.S.
   Création Tapeten AG have exceeded the 3% limit of the voting rights on July
   17, 2007 and amounted on this date to 3.325% (this corresponds to 99,742
   voting rights).

4. Royce & Associates, LLC, New York, USA, has informed us according to
   Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on A.S.
   Création Tapeten AG have exceeded the 5% limit of the voting rights on
   August 17, 2007 and amounted on this date to 5.017% (this corresponds to
   150,522 voting rights). All voting rights are being attributed to the
   company according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG.
   These voting rights contain a portion of 116,342 voting rights (this
   corresponds to 3.878% of the voting rights) that are being attributed to

   150,522 voting rights). All voting rights are being attributed to the
   company according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection
   with Article 22, Section 1, Sentences 2 and 3 of the WpHG through its
   controlled affiliate Royce & Associates, LLC, New York, USA, which is the
   Investment Advisor of Royce Micro-Cap Fund, New York, USA. Both Royce &
