The Societe Anonyme "AS COMMERCIAL- INDUSTRIAL COMPUTER AND TOY COMPANY SA" with the distinctive title "AS COMPANY S.A." with Commercial Registry Number 057546304000, in accordance with the provisions of section 4.1.1. of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook (as in force following the 212/19.05.2025 decision of the Athens Stock Exchange Ruling Committee and approved pursuant to the no. 1054/05.06.2025 Capital Market Commission), informs the investing public that the ordinary tax audit for fiscal year 2024 has been finalized by the Certified Auditors, pursuant to Article 78 of the Tax Procedure Law (L. 5104/2024), and as a result a tax certificate was issued without reservation.
