Additional Commitment Received for Placement

Aruma Resources Limited (ASX: AAJ) ( Aruma or the Company ) is pleased to announce that it has received a further firm commitment to raise an additional $109,440 under the placement announced 2 June 2023 for the issue of a further 1,886,900 fully paid ordinary shares (New Shares) at 5.8 cents per New Share.

The additional New Shares will bring the placement to a total of 40,680,003 New Shares to raise approximately $2.36 million (before costs) (Placement).

As detailed on 2 June 2023, New Shares issued under the Placement will have one attaching option ( New Option ) for every New Shares issued, with an exercise price of $0.10 and an expiry date of 11 June 2026. Exercise of one New Option will entitle the holder to one new fully paid ordinary share in the Company.

The issue of the New Options and the participation of directors in the Placement will be subject to shareholder approval at a general meeting to be convened in the coming weeks.

Amended Appendix 3B for the Placement and issue of New Options was lodged with the ASX on the date of this Announcement.
