Section 708A Cleansing Notice – Conversion of Performance Rights

Aruma Resources Limited (Aruma or the Company) (ASX: AAJ) advises that it has issued 3,159,500 fully paid ordinary shares on the conversion of Class C performance rights that were issued to Managing Director, Mr Grant Ferguson in June 2025. The vesting milestone for the Class C rights was met on the successful acquisition of the Tillex Copper-Silver Project (refer announcement 22 January 2026) and have now been exercised into shares in accordance with the terms of the rights.

The shares issued are part of a class of securities quoted on the ASX Limited. The Company gives this notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act.

The securities are issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2, in reliance on Section 708A(5) of the Corporations Act. The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:

• the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act; and
• Section 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act.

There is no excluded information for the purposes of Sections 708A(7) and (8) of the Corporations Act.
