Aruma Resources Limited (ASX: AAJ) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Aruma Resources Limited (‘AAJ’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AAJ, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 5 June 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Aruma Resources Limited (Aruma) requests an immediate Trading Halt on its securities pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending the release of an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising.
Aruma requests that the Trading Halt remain in place until such time as it makes an announcement to the market regarding the proposed capital raising but in any event not beyond the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 5 June 2020.
Aruma is not aware of any reason why the Trading Halt should not be granted.
