Issue of Unlisted Options

Aruma Resources Limited (ASX: AAJ) (Aruma or the Company) advises that it has issued 224,999,973 unlisted options exercisable at 1 cent each and expiring 31 July 2022. These are the attaching options to the two-tranche placement announced 30 July 2020 and have been issued, along with the tranche 2 placement shares, with shareholder approval granted at the general meeting held 29 September 2020.

The resulting securities on issue are detailed in the Appendix 2A released today.
