CAPITAL RAISING
Eastern Goldfields explorer, Aruma Resources Limited ( ASX: AAJ ) ( Aruma or the Company ) is pleased to advise that it is raising up to a total of $541,200 through the issue of up to 90.2 million fully paid ordinary shares at 0.6 cents per share ( Placement ). The Company has received $455,200 with firm commitments for a further $86,000.
As part of the total to be raised, Directors have committed to a total of $105,000 on the same terms as the Placement, subject to shareholder approval.
Funds raised in the Placement will be used for ongoing exploration on Aruma’s current projects, including a RC drilling program on the Kopai Gold Project, as well as costs of the issue and general working capital.
