TRADING HALT

The securities of Aruma Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 29 September 2016, or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Aruma Resources Limited (Aruma) requests an immediate Trading Halt on its securities pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending the release of an announcement regarding a proposed material capital raising.

Aruma requests that the Trading Halt remain in place until such time as it makes an announcement to the market regarding the proposed capital raising but in any event not beyond the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 29 September 2016.

Aruma is not aware of any reason why the Trading Halt should not be granted.
