CHANGES TO THE BOARD
Appointment of Director
The Board of Aruma Resources Limited (ASX: AAJ) is pleased to advise the appointment of Dr Mark Elliott as a Director of the Company. Dr Elliott is a chartered professional geologist with 40 years’ experience in the resources industry with extensive experience in managing resource companies in a wide range of commodities.
Dr Elliott is also a Non-Executive Director of ASX listed HRL Holdings Limited and Nexus Minerals Limited.
Resignation of Director
Mr Ki Keong Chong, has resigned from the Board of Aruma Resources effective from 1 July 2017. The Board would like to thank Mr Chong for his contributions to the Company as a Non-Executive Director.
