Notification of Change of Auditor

The Directors of Aruma Resources Limited advise that at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held today, shareholders approved the appointment of Greenwich & Co Audit Pty Ltd as the Company’s auditors replacing Nexia Perth Audit Services Pty Ltd (Nexia).

With the consent of the Australian Securities and Investment Commission, Nexia resigned as the Company’s auditor with effect from the conclusion of the meeting.
