The Board of Aruma Resources Limited advises that Non-Executive Director, Mr Danny Costick, has resigned as a director of the Company effective from the 27[th] March 2012.

On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Mr Costick for his efforts and contribution to the development Company during his tenure as a Non-executive Director and wish him well with his future endeavours.
