Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that, pursuant to the approval of shareholders in the EGM held on 11[th] November 2022 and other regulatory approvals and requirements, the Board of Directors at their meeting held today at 3.00PM and ends at 3:20 PM, allotted 10,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.10/- each at an issue price of Rs.108/- per share on Preferential basis to the below allottees.

The allotment of the Equity Shares shall be made in demateralised form and the equity shares so allotted shall rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respects.
