Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and subject to the provisions of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2021, as amended, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the grant of 61,000 (Sixty-One Thousand) Options to eligible employees of the Company under the “Arrow Greentech ESOP Scheme – 2024”.
The requisite details pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure 1.
