It is to inform that the Company has received a closure intimation notice dated February 11 , 2020 and received by the Company on February 19, 2020 from Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) to stop the operation of one of the manufacturing unit situated at 5311 - GIDC, Ankleshwar - 393002, GPCS has issued this order under Section 5 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 to stop the operation in the said manufacturing unit.
Further to inform you that the said plant is already non-functional due to the recent fire incident happened on October 30, 2019, which is already reported to you.
The Company is taking necessary measures as required by the GPCB for revocation/withdrawal of the said order. The Company will intimate to the Stock Exchanges further developments if any, in the matter.

CORONAVIRUS SCARE Sensex below 40k Nifty50 falls to over 3-week low as virus fears grow

INDIAN EQUITIES REMAINED in free fall for the fourth session in a row on Wednesday following a sustained global sell-off as the number of new coronavirus cases surged in new regions, putting the world economy at a bigger risk.
The BSE gauge Sensex settled the day with a loss of 392.24 points, or 0.97%, at 39,888.96 - the lowest closing in over three weeks.
Starting off on a weaker note, the index plunged over 521 points during the day. Over the past four sessions, the Sensex has lost 1,281.16 points or 3.11%. The broader NSE Nifty plummeted 119.40 points or 1.01% to end at $11,678.50-$
its worst level since February 3. The NSE index has shed 402.35 points or 3.33% in the last four days.

over the last few quarters. However, certain amount of weakness could be seen building up in a few pockets recently, they say.
Gaurav Ratnaparkhi, senior technical analyst at Sharekhan by BNP Paribas, believes the Nifty is heading towards the Union Budget day low of 11,614. "That low can act as a support in the near term but it could get breached on the downside considering the current weakness in the market. Bank Nifty is relatively holding up well and is seeing a major support at 29,495. If you look at the broader market indices, the weakness is much more as compared to the large caps and this trend is expected to continue," said Ratnaparkhi.
In eight of the last nine sessions, the Nifty50 closed lower and has given up 523 points or 4.3%. Heavyweight Reliance Industries extended its fall for the fourth consecutive day on Wednesday. The country's largest company by market capitalisation has lost ₹70,873 crore during the period. While

In the wake of Covid-19, concerns of a global slowdown has begun to translate into caution regarding India's growth as well as fiscal deficit target. According to a Nomura report, a severe scenario, which expects China's lockdown to last until June. along with increased contagion cases in India, would cause a domestic slowdown, particularly in the consumption/services sectors.
"In this scenario, we believe GDP growth will slump further to 4% y-o-y in H1 2020, and slow to 4.7% in 2020, from 4.9% in 2019. A wider negative output gap will likely result in coordinated monetary and fiscal easing. We expect the RBI to cut the policy repo rate by a cumulative 65 basis points to 4.5% and the government to expand its fiscal deficit to 4% of GDP in FY21," the note said.

**CAPITAL MARKETS REGULA-**TOR Sebi on Wednesday allowed investors to directly access the infrastructure of stock exchanges for purchasing and redeeming mutual fund units directly from the mutual fund and asset management companies.
The move is aimed at further increasing the reach of the platform, Sebi said in a circular.
Before this, the regulator allowed investment advisors and mutual fund distributors to use stock exchanges for sale and purchase of mutual fund units in October 2016 and October 2013, respectively.
Prior to that, only brokers were allowed to utilise the exchange mechanism for transaction in mutual fund units.

फडणवीसांकडूनच सावरकरांचा अपमान: जयंत पाटील यांचा आरोप
मुंबई, दि.२६ स्वातंत्र्यवीर सावरकर यांच्या गौरव प्रस्तावासाठी आग्रह धरणारे विरोधी पक्षनेते ढेवेंढ फडणवीस हेच सावरकरांचा अपम ान करत आहेत, असा आरोप जलसंपदामंत्री जयंत पाटील यांनी आज विधानसभेत केला. त्याम ्ळं भाजपची चांगलीच गोची विधिमंडळाच्या झाली. अर्थासंकल्पीय अधिवेशनाचा आज तिसरा दिवस होता. सावरकरांच्या पुण्यतिथीचं औचित्य साधून विधानसभेत आज सावरकर गौरव प्रस्ताव मंजूर करावा, अशी म ागणी भाजपनं अध्यक्षांकडं केली होती. कामकाज होताच सुधीर सुरु मुनगंटीवार यांनी प्रस्तावावर भाजपची भूमि का मांडली. देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी त्यास अनुमोदन देताना काँग्रेसचं मूखपत्र असलेल्या 'शिदोरी' मासिकातून सावरकरांबद्दल लिहिलेल्या आक्षेपार्ह लिखाणाचा उल्लेख केला. तसंच, शिदोरी मासिकावर बंदी घालण्याची मागणी केली. मात्र, ते करताना फडणवीस मासिकातील टिपणही वाचून दाखवत होते. शिदोरी मासिकात सावरकरांना 'बलात्कारी' असं संबोधण्यात आलं आहे. हे सांगताना फडणवीस 'बलात्कारी' हा उल्लेख वारंवार करत होते. सावरकरांना बलात्कारी म्हणणाऱ्यांना लाज वाटली पाहिजे, असं ते म्हणाले.
