This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of Arrow Greentech Limited (“the Company”) at their meeting held today i.e. February 8, 2025, based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, has considered and approved appointment of Mr. Yogesh Harivadan Gajjar (DIN: 10937614) w.e.f. 8[th] February 2025, not liable to retire by rotation, for a first term of five consecutive years, subject to the approval by the Members of the Company.

Further, Mr. Yogesh Gajjar has also confirmed that he is not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.

Disclosure required under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as concerning the above appointment as ‘Annexure A’ to this letter.
