Mr. Dinkarray D Trivedi in his letter has mentioned that his resignation is due to personal reasons and health issues and has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than as provided in the resignation letter.

Copy of the resignation letter along with the details of directorship and Committee positions as held by him in listed entities is attached.

The same was considered and noted by the Board of Directors of the Company through resolution passed by circulation dated April 17, 2023.
