DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Ariana Resources plc ("Ariana" or "the Company"), the AIM-listed mineral exploration and development company with gold project interests in Africa and Europe announces that it has been informed that Michael de Villiers, Chairman has purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 0.99 pence per share. Accordingly, Mr de Villiers now holds 69,000,000 shares in the Company, representing a holding of 3.55% of the issued share capital.

The information contained within this announcement is deemed by the Company to constitute inside information as stipulated under the Market Abuse Regulations (EU) No. 596/2014 as it forms part of UK Domestic Law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 ("UK MAR").
