Ariana Resources plc (ASX: AA2) – Admission and Quotation
Description
Ariana Resources plc ('AA2') was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Monday, 8 September 2025.
The securities of AA2 will commence quotation at 12.00 PM AEST on Wednesday, 10 September 2025.
The shares of AA2 will be settled in the form of CHESS Depositary Interests ('CDIs') at a ratio of 1 CDI to 10 fully paid common shares.
AA2 raised $11,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its replacement prospectus dated 5 August 2025 ('Replacement Prospectus') by the issue of 39,285,715 CDIs at an issue price of $0.28 per CDI.
