Arctic Fish Holding AS: Notification of trade by close associates of primary insiders

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made today, 4 September 2025, regarding the approval of the share capital increase by the extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") of Arctic Fish Holding AS (the "Company"), towards the Company's two largest shareholders Mowi ASA and Síldarvinnslan hf.

Mowi ASA is a close associate of the chairman of the Company's board of directors, Øyvind Oaland, and board member, Ivan Vindheim. Mowi ASA subscribed for 7,876,980 shares in today's EGM, at a subscription price of NOK 31.80.

Síldarvinnslan hf. is a close associate of board member Gunnthor Björn Ingvason. Síldarvinnslan hf., subscribed for 5,251,320 shares in today's EGM, at a subscription price of NOK 31.80.
