CORRIGENDUM TO THE NOTICE OF EXTRA ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
To the members,
We would like to draw your kind attention towards the corrigendum being issued in continuation to our Notice dated March 13, 2026 calling the 1[st] Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the company to be held on Monday, April 13, 2026 at the Registered Office of the Company at Plot No. 123, Street No. 17 MIDC, Marol, Andheri (E), Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400093.
The Company through this corrigendum (“Corrigendum”) wishes to bring to the notice of the Shareholders, changes in the information under explanatory statements of item 6:
1. Point no. 2 titled as “ Objects of the Issue ”
2. Point no. 21 titled as “ Current and proposed Status of the Proposed Allottee post preferential issue ”
Kindly note that this corrigendum to the notice is issued by order of the board to all the members of the company and stock exchange as well as others entitled thereto pursuant to section 101 of the Companies Act, 2013. Thus, the notice shall always be read in conjunction with this corrigendum.
All other contents of the Notice of EGM together with the Explanatory Statement, save and except as modified by the Corrigendum, shall remain unchanged.

i. Investment in Wholly Owned Subsidiary (NBFC) to meet RBI Net Owned Fund Requirements and Business Operations
Our Company proposes to deploy an amount aggregating to ₹ 1016.35 Lakh in its Wholly Owned Subsidiary namely Ansu Trade & Fiscals Private Limited, a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, with the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata, having its registered office located at EP-Y-16, Sector - V, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, 700091, bearing Corporate Identification Number: U65100WB1990PTC049122. The Subsidiary is Non-Banking Financial Company registered with RBI bearing Certificate of Registration Number B.05.03608.
The funds infused will primarily be utilized towards strengthening the capital base of the Wholly Owned Subsidiary to meet the Net Owned Fund requirements as prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India under the applicable regulatory framework.
The balance amount shall be utilized by the Wholly Owned Subsidiary for its business operations, including onward lending in the ordinary course of its NBFC activities and for meeting its working capital requirements.
ii. Administrative Purposes
The Company proposes to utilize the balance proceeds aggregating up to ₹45.00 Lakh towards administrative expenses, as and when required. These expenses will be incurred in the ordinary course of business.
