Dear Sir/Madam,

Subject: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A, Para A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“ SEBI Listing Regulations ”), the below are the changes in proposed preferential issue

1. Removal of Ms. Usha Garg (10,00,000 Equity shares) from the list of proposed allottees under the preferential issue, due to her in-eligibility as per applicable SEBI regulatory provisions. In view of the same, the revised issue size is ₹22,25,25,000, comprising 2,15,00,000 convertible warrants. It is further clarified that the name of Ms. Usha Garg stands deleted from the list of proposed allottees and shall not be considered for allotment or for any related purposes, wherever applicable.

2. Under explanatory statement: -

1. Ms. Usha Garg (10,00,000 Equity shares) has been removed

2. Mukul Gupta hold 1 equity shares

3. Revised issue size is ₹22,25,25,000, comprising 2,15,00,000 convertible warrants
