Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, May 30th, 2026 inter-alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31st, 2026.

Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 the trading window for dealing in the Company’s shares by the Directors, Designated Persons/Employees and their dependents and family members has already been closed w.e.f. 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026.

As per the Listing Regulations, notice of the Board Meeting would be available on the website of the Company i.e. www.arceeindustries.in and BSE Limited i.e. www.bseindia.com.
