Board Change

The board of Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC announces that Ian Henderson is stepping down from his role as Chief Executive Officer of Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Limited as from 30 April, 2018 for personal reasons.  He will remain a director of Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC until 31 August 2018 in order to provide assistance in the handing over of his role.

Sir Henry Angest, Chairman and Chief Executive of Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC said, "I would like to thank Ian for the work he has done as Chief Executive Officer of Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Limited.   The Bank has grown significantly during his time here both in its size and in diversity of business and we are grateful for his contribution and wish him well for the future."
