Sub: Intimation of revised record date for issue of Bonus Shares

This is in furtherance to our earlier letter dated June 05, 2023 and the communications received from BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, this is to inform you that the Company has revised the record date and is being fixed on Friday, July 14, 2023 for the purpose of determining the list of equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Member s, maintained by the Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agents , who will be entitled for allotment of bonus equity shares in ratio already approved by the Board however subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.

Further the record date as stated under the Notice of Postal Ballot shall stand revised and be read as 14[th] July 2023.
