Sub.: Disclosure regarding submission of application with the Stock Exchanges for reclassification of a member of the Promoter Group under Regulation 31A read with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

This is further to our disclosure dated May 20, 2026 regarding the approval granted by the Board of Directors of the Company to the request received from Mr. Utpal Sheth seeking reclassification from the category of "Promoter Group" to "Public" under Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI LODR Regulations").
In this regard, pursuant to Regulation 31A(8) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, we hereby inform that the Company has submitted the requisite applications with BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited for seeking their approval for the aforesaid reclassification.
