With reference to the subject matter, we would like to inform you today i.e. 1*' May, 2020, the Company has issued and allotted 14,306 equity shares consequent upon exercise of ESOPs, at the exercise price of Rs. 67/- as determined under the "Aptech Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2016" by the eligible employee.

In terms of the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the paid-up capita! of the Company stands increased to Rs. 40,26,96,100/- comprising of 4,02,69,610 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Distinctive number of equity shares are 49153166 to 491674771.
