Sub: Corrigendum to the Annual Report for the year ended March 31, 2021 (“Annual Report”).

With reference to the Annual Report 2020-21 filed with the Stock Exchanges on June 7, 2021, we wish to present this Corrigendum due to inadvertent typographical errors as under-

• i. The particulars on Page 4 of the Annual Report relating to the table of State of Affairs – Snapshot of Financial Results – In the 3rd and 5th columns of theFirst row, the particularsto be read as “Year ended March 31, 2020” instead of ‘Year ended March 31, 2021’ in both columns.

• ii. The particulars on Page 4 of the Annual Report relating to the table of State of Affairs – Snapshot of Financial Results- In the 2nd column of the 14th row, the figure to be read as “ 4,067.09 ” instead of (4,067.09).

• iii. The particulars on Page 4 of the Annual Report relating to the table of State of Affairs- Snapshot of Financial Results mentioned on the right side of the table to be read as (Rs. in Lakhs, except EPS in Rs.) .

• iv. The particulars on Page 24 of the Annual Report relating to the table under Annexure IV – In the 3rd column of the 16th row, the figure to be read as “ 18.18 ” instead of ‘12.14’.

• v. In the Annual Report, the symbol “฀”at several placesto be read as “ Rs. ” Symbol.

There are no other corrections to the Annual Report filed with the Stock Exchanges on June 7, 2021.
