Sub: Intimation of the Board Meeting pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulation”)
Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulation, we would like to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Aptech Limited will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, to approve, inter alia, Un-Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 and any other business items with the permission of Chair.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto, we would like to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company was closed for all Insiders, Connected Persons, Designated Persons (KMP / Directors / Senior Management) and their immediate relatives from January 1, 2026 and shall continue to remain closed till the end of 48 hours after declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 in the Board Meeting dated February 11, 2026.
