Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR”) and the Policy on Determination of Materiality of Events and Information for Disclosure to the Stock Exchanges (“Materiality Policy”), we wish to inform you that Aptech Limited (“Aptech”) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) with a Government of India, Public sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB).

Additional information required to be disclosed, in accordance with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, issued in connection with Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR has been set out under Annexure A .
