Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR and Aptech Limited’s (“ Aptech ”) Policy on Determination of Materiality of Events and Information for Disclosure to the Stock Exchanges (“ Materiality Policy ”), this disclosure is made in order to inform that Aptech has signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Autonomous Institute, under State Government.

Additional information required to be disclosed, in accordance with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, issued in connection with Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR has been set out under Annexure A .
