With reference to the query received, please note that as on the date of filing the financial results, the Company did not have a Managing Director or Whole-time Director. Accordingly, the financial statements were signed by a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

As per Regulation 33(2)(b) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 , “ The financial results submitted to the stock exchange shall be signed by the chairperson or managing director, or a whole-time director or in the absence of all of them; it shall be signed by any other director of the listed entity who is duly authorized by the board of directors to sign the financial results.”

Taking into consideration the above, please note that as on the date of the Meeting, since we did not have a Managing Director or Whole-time Director in place, Mr. Rajiv Agarwal was been authorized by the Board in the Meeting dated May 08, 2025 to sign the financials results.
