Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015

In accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations and in terms of the policy for determination and disclosure of material event/information of the Company, this is to inform that the Inspector of Police Central Bureau of Investigation (“ CBI ”), ACB, Gandhinagar conducted a search under section 93(1)(c) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 at the premises of the Company at Mumbai on Friday, January 5, 2024. Certain documents/correspondences/SOP and certain data in one pen drive only in relation to one work order (valued upto Rs.32 lakhs for services provided in January 2021 being COVID period) under Institutional business were voluntarily handed over to CBI. The Company has fully co-operated and has provided all possible assistance to the officials and search got completed within 12 hours.

The Company continues to operate in normal course of business. Kindly take note of the aforesaid information.
