Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015

In accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations and in terms of the policy for determination and disclosure of material event/information of the Company, this is to inform that the Inspector of Police Central Bureau of Investigation (“CBI”), ACB, Lucknow and Ghaziabad conducted a search under Section 96 and 105 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 at the premises of the Company at Noida, Uttar Pradesh on August 07, 2024 and August 08, 2024. Certain documents / correspondences / SOP and certain data in Hard disk in relation to work order (valued upto Rs. 1.27 crores dated March 2021 being extended COVID period) under Institutional business were provided. The Company has fully co-operated and has provided all possible assistance to the of�icials.
