This is in reference to your email dated April 29, 2022 forwarded by you and received by us on May 10, 2022 having reference no. NSE/CM/Surveillance/11926. We would like to clarify that the company has been regularly sharing all information / announcements that may be having any bearing on the operation/ performance of the company including all price sensitive information with the stock exchange.

We are not aware of the reason of sudden increase in the price of our shares. The increase in share price appears to due to market conditions and appears to be market driven.

The company reiterates its adherence to the requirements laid down in regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and we will keep the stock exchange duly pre-informed of any information as required under the said regulations as and when any such event occurs.
