Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR and Aptech Limited's ("Aptech") Policy on Determination of Materiality of Events and Information for Disclosure to the Stock Exchanges ("Materiality Policy"), this disclosure is made in order to inform that Aptech has entered into a multi-year Memorandum of Understanding on November 14, 2022 ("MOU") with an autonomous education body ("said Body") under Ministry of Education, Government of India to conduct computer-based tests for the territory of India as per the scope of services in accordance with the MOU.
Additional information required to be disclosed, in accordance with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, issued in connection with Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR has been set out under Annexure A.
Aptech is a significant player in the institutional business and has over two decades of experience in the business of testing and conducting assessments.
