This is to inform that The Adjudicating Officer of SEBI has in relation to the Adjudication Proceedings initiated against Company vide SCN No.EAD-5/ADJ/BS/HKS/OW/14023/2018 dated May 10, 2018 has disposed off the case without any penalty or any adverse findings against the Company. The matter pertained to the GDR issue of the Company in the year 2003 by the earlier management.
