Sub.: Reply to email dated May 11, 2021 received from National Stock Exchange of India Limited

With reference to the above subject and pursuant to our telephonic discussion with NSE officials, we would like to submit that in relation to standalone and consolidated Financial results (quick) submitted by Aptech Limited on April 29, 2021, “the figures of last quarter are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect of the full financial year and the published year-to-date figures upto the third quarter of the current financial year” to be read as part of Notes to Accounts .

Further, the delay in uploading the Financial results and outcome of the Board Meeting was due to strict lockdown in Maharashtra and difficulties/delay in verifications of financials from the Company’s side as well as the Auditors side which took a little extra time owing to the practical challenges which was unintentional and unavoidable. We do sincerely hope that this unintentional delay would be viewed liberally and the delay condoned.
