The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on May 02, 2024 have considered and in-principle approv ed the proposal of Amalgamation /M erger of MEL Training and Assessments Limited (100% Domestic wholly owned Subsidiary), Aptech Venture s Limited, a wholly owned Foreign subsidiary) and Aptech Investment Enhancers Limited, a Wholly owned Step-down Foreign Subsidiary), with the Company pursuant to Section 230 and 232 of the Companies Act, 2013. The proposed merger would be subject to all regulatory approvals and applicable laws.
