Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR and Aptech Limited’s (“ Aptech ”) Policy on Determination of Materiality of Events and Information for Disclosure to the Stock Exchanges (“ Materiality Policy ”), this disclosure is made in order to inform that Aptech has received a Contract with an autonomous scientific society (“said Body”) under the administrative control of Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India to conduct computer-based tests for the territory of India as per the scope of services in accordance with the Contract.

Additional information required to be disclosed, in accordance with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, issued in connection with Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR has been set out under Annexure A .
