Additional information required to be disclosed, in accordance with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, issued in connection with Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR has been set out under Annexure A .

Ever since its commencement in 1986 and with a current presence of over 800 centres globally, Aptech Ltd. has effectively ventured into diverse sectors ranging from IT training, media & entertainment, retail & aviation, beauty & wellness, banking & finance, and preschool segment amongst others.
