Furtherance, to our disclosure dated November 11, 2024 for appointment of Ms. Shruti Laud as Compliance Officer of the Company. We wish to inform that the Board of Directors vide its Board Meeting held on January 25, 2025 has approved appointment of Ms. Shruti Laud, Qualified Company Secretary (Membership No. A38705), as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from January 25, 2025. Accordingly, as per the provisions of Section 203 of the Act, Ms. Shruti Laud shall also act as the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
