Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR’), we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. Neeraj Malik (DIN: 07611462) and Mr. Sandip Weling (DIN: 10479066) as an Additional Director designated as Whole-time Director of the Company for the period of 5 years effective April 29, 2025 subject to the approval of the Shareholders.

Mr. Malik and Mr. Weling has declared and consented that they satisfy the criteria prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI LODR.

Pursuant to BSE circular LIST/COMP/14/2018-19, we hereby affirm that Mr. Neeraj Malik (DIN: 07611462) and Mr. Sandip Weling (DIN: 10479066) are not debarred from holding the office of Whole Time Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any such authority and is not related to any other Directors of the Company and holds NIL equity Shares in the Company.

Details as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI LODR and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
