Post the sad demise of Mr. Anil Pant (Managing Director & CEO), the position of Chief Executive O�icer was left vacant. As the management was in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for the role, Mr. Anuj Kacker, who is also a Whole-time Director of the Company, was entrusted with the responsibilities of the Chief Executive O�icer on an interim basis to ensure the smooth functioning of the Company’s operations.

Please note that Mr. Kacker was the Wholetime Director of the Company.
